I stopped in his office in July of 2008 to get an estimate for contractors insurance and was told by his secretary that he was out of the office and it would be a few days. I waited a week and then stopped in again because I was getting pressure from my employer to have this insurance. Once again, he was out of the office and gone to a "horse show" or something. Over the next 3 weeks I called a few more times and each time he was .....you guessed it....."out of the office". Approximately 3 weeks later in late Aug 2008 I had an accident at work where I broke some ribs, had a concussion and had to be carted off to Hamilton Memorial Hospital in an ambulance, and with no insurance I was stuck with a huge bill. I wouldn't trust them/him to get anything done when you need them to.
